Daily Bread Schedule
Every day we bake white, wheat, anadama, and white sourdough bread.
In addition to our daily breads, we also offer a “baker’s choice” of speciality breads. Baker’s decide on this flavor the night before. Frequently in the rotation are: oatmeal molasses, honey oat, sunflower oat, herb, black pepper parmesan, and multigrain.

We proudly bake with unbleached, unbromated King Arthur flour.
Many of our breads contain honey or molasses for a hint of sweetness. Despite a little sugah, our breads are significantly less sweet than the average store-bought bread. In most of our breads (particularly the more savory breads) the sugar merely acts as a food source for the yeast, rather than a sweetener.
All breads contain active dry yeast with the exception of our white sourdough, which is naturally leavened.
We do not have have rolls as part of our daily rotation. We can make 3oz dinner rolls or 5oz sandwich rolls to order.

Wheat (V) mix of white and whole wheat flour with molasses
Anadama (V) mix of white and whole wheat flour with cornmeal and molasses
Sourdough (V) all white flour, naturally leavened, yeast-free, 48 hour fermented
Oatmeal Molasses (V) all white flour with rolled oats and molasses
Honey Oat (V, except for honey) all white flour with rolled oats and honey
Sunflower Oat (E) all white flour with rolled oats, sunflower seeds, eggs, honey, and molasses
Oat Poppy (V) all white flour with rolled oats, poppy seeds, and brown sugar
Black Pepper Parmesan: all white flour with black pepper, parmesan, and white sugar
Miso Scallion (V, except for honey) all white flour with miso paste, scallions, and honey
Cheddar Bread (E) all white flour mixed with shredded cheddar, spices, eggs, and white sugar
Onion Dill: all white flour with fresh onions, dill seed, butter, and white sugar
Carrot Herb (V, except for honey) all white flour with Italian herbs, rolled oats, shredded carrots, and honey
Herb: all white flour with milk, Italian herbs, and white sugar
Seeded Rye (V) mix of white and rye flour with caraway, poppy seeds, fennel seeds, and molasses
Pumpernickel Rye (V) mix of white and rye flour with coffee, unsweet chocolate, caraway, fennel, and molasses
Multigrain (V) mix of white flour, multigrain flour, and sourdough starter with millet, flax and sunflower seeds
Ciabatta: mix of all white flour and sourdough starter with milk
Taos (E) all white flour with pumpkin puree, cornmeal, eggs, and brown sugar
Honey Buttermilk: all white flour with butter, buttermilk, and honey
Cinnamon Swirl (V, except for honey) our white bread recipe with a swirl of cinnamon and sugar
